Condition Checklist — Pre-Grading

Estimates a Likely Max Grade (PSA) using grade‑killer caps (creases, scratches, stains, edge chipping) and a weighted condition score. Centering options use conservative, easy labels so “75/25+” reads as bad, even if PSA sometimes tolerates it.
